The second stage is comprised of 5 sessions of simulator á 4 hours per session. This takes roughly 7-9 days to complete. The training focuses on the multi-crew environment and for that, we’ve chosen the most common airliner in the world, the Boeing 737.
Once you’ve completed Stage 2, you’ve officially completed the MCC-course and will now focus on the theory for the Jet Orientation Course. The JOC-theory consists of 8 hours of classroom instructions and takes 1 full day to complete.
The final segment of the MCC + JOC combined is the practical flight training in the B737 jet simulator. The training takes 2 days to complete and consists of 2×4 hour sessions where the training will focus on the jet aircraft itself including high speed, high altitude and energy management.
The MCC Course has been designed to train single seat pilots to obtain the team skills necessary for the safe operation of complex, multi crew, jet aircraft. During the course you will be introduced to the competencies necessary for this demanding transition. The training will take place throughout all phases of flight under normal, abnormal and emergency conditions. This course meets the EASA requirements.
